Quantum Computing & Architecture Future CMOS technology will fail to carry the Moor's law forward. Hence for many research groups around the world are assessing new technologies to help CMOS technology to support increasing computing demand (or even replace it in long term). Quantum computation and quantum information is the study of the information processing tasks that can be accomplished using quantum mechanical systems. This area of science, as a novel research area, is composed of three classic fields of Information Theory, Computer Science and Quantum Physics which is hoped to made a great evolution in areas such as secure communication, information processing and integration. As one of the areas I may pursue my PhD in, I am doing research in Quantum Computation, circuits and architectures. At the moment, I am working on a novel method for Reversible Synthesis. I am a guest member in QDA group (http://ceit.aut.ac.ir/qda/).
